Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Keystone Pinnacle’s market presence. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your insights into real estate trends, marketing strategies, and client relations will be essential for shaping the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, client preferences, and investment opportunities in the UK real estate sector.

Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, investors, and business partners to nurture relationships and close new business deals.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop joint ventures or collaborations that enhance Keystone Pinnacle’s service portfolio and brand reach.

Marketing & Promotions: Work closely with internal teams to devise effective digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads) that attract prospects and drive conversions.

Networking & Branding: Represent Keystone Pinnacle at industry events, conferences, and property expos, strengthening the company’s visibility and reputation.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance updates, market reports, and sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–3 years in business development, marketing, or sales (preferably in a real estate or property-related setting).

Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, CRM software, Google Ads), strong negotiation abilities, and client relationship management expertise.

Qualifications: A relevant degree or professional background in business, marketing, or property management is advantageous.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

Initiative & Adaptability: Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and strategic thinking.
